Inside Pennar Isaf
With an enclosed garden, on-site parking and everything on one level, Pennar Isaf is a welcoming base for couples, families and friends. A gently sloping ramp leads from the parking area to the cottage, making access easier for guests with reduced mobility. Four guests sleep in the two bedrooms, with space for two more on the living-room sofa bed. Dogs are welcome too, and we take pride in keeping the cottage clean and fresh for every guest.
The sleeping arrangement
The accommodation price covers up to four guests sleeping in the two bedrooms. For bookings of five or six guests, the sofa bed is provided at an additional charge per extra guest. Maximum occupancy is six guests, plus one infant sleeping in a cot free of charge.
How pricing works
- Seasonal package prices for 3, 4 or 7-night stays cover up to four guests. Cleaning is included.
- Guests five and six are charged £15 per person, per night, with the living-room sofa bed provided. For bookings of four guests or fewer, the living-room sofa bed is available on request for £25 per stay, including bedding. Please contact us to arrange this.
- Dogs: £15 per dog per stay.
- Stays run Friday–Monday (3 nights), Monday–Friday (4 nights) or a full week (7 nights).
What's included
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bath and hand towels, hand soap, a picnic blanket and a small selection of children's beach toys. A cleaning caddy is provided, and the fire pit comes with fire starters and enough logs for a cosy evening.
Kitchen
Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher (1 tab provided for each day), washing machine (1/2 bio tabs provided), oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. Baking and pizza trays, serving dishes, pans, cutlery and children's tableware.
Heating
Electric radiators throughout, set to a cosy 20°C by default.
Garden & fire pit
A fully fenced outdoor space with a lovely patio and a grassy patch. Enjoy the fire pit on cooler evenings (logs and starters included for 1 fire).
Dogs
Dogs are warmly welcome at £15 per dog per stay (up to 4 online, more by arrangement). Beds are off-limits to pups, so please bring their favourite throw if they're sofa-surfers. There's a designated spot for dog waste by the outdoor bins.
Cot & highchair
A baby cot and highchair are available on request, along with extra sheets, a dog cage and a children's toy basket — just ask when booking.
Parking
On-site parking is available.

Single-storey accommodation with ramp access from the parking area and a low-profile shower. Please contact us before booking to discuss any accessibility needs.
